Of the 500 startups recognized, Immuta ranks 28th with a track record for employee satisfaction, reputation, and growth
BOSTON – March 22, 2023 – Immuta, a data security leader, today announced it has been named one of the top companies on Forbes’ annual list of America’s Best Startup Employers for the third consecutive year. The list was developed in partnership with market research company Statista and was compiled by evaluating 2,600 U.S. businesses with at least 50 employees on three criteria: employer reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth. The list ranks 500 companies, with Immuta listed as number 28.
The recognition follows an impressive year of growth and momentum for Immuta and its Data Security Platform SaaS offering. The company grew its employee headcount by 63 percent, appointed key executive hires, and continued product innovation as a leader in the data security space.
Most notably, Immuta launched Immuta Detect, a key pillar of its comprehensive Data Security Platform. Detect provides continuous user and data activity monitoring, enabling quicker and more accurate risk remediation, and improved data security posture management across cloud data platforms. The company also recently announced an additional strategic investment to its Series E funding round from ServiceNow, which will be used to accelerate product innovation, deepen strategic partnerships within the cloud data ecosystem, and strengthen commitment to customer success.
“It’s an honor to be recognized for a third year as one of the top startup employers in America,” said Matthew Carroll, CEO, Immuta. “People are the heart of our company and culture, and it’s an area we continue to invest in and prioritize. The success we achieved this past year would not have been possible without our people. We work hard to create an environment where people feel accepted and supported, and this recognition further validates the great culture we’ve built.”
